CM Complaint Cell has been established under the direct supervision of Chief Minister Punjab Ms. Maryam Nawaz. The purpose of the complaint cell is to know and address the civic issues faced by the public in the province of Punjab. Any citizen of Punjab may register and lodge a complaint with the online complaint cell through the website or by calling 0800-02345. The complaint is immediately attended to by the complaint cell and assigned to the relevant department on priority. The cell is working under the direct supervision of Chief Minister Punjab, who is directly monitoring the complaint redressal and resolution status.
Due to the direct supervision of CM Punjab, all departments are more than vigilant in attending and addressing the complaint on priority.

Registering with the Chief Minister Complaint Cell
It is easy to register a complaint on the complaint call center at 0800-02345 but it is more convenient to register the complaint at the web portal of the Chief Minister Complaint Cell. Registering complaints on the web portal is feasible in such a way that you better type and explain the complaint to the cell in detail and the same is better understood by the cell and relevant departments. You may attach the document and picture supporting your complaint too.
Registering with the web portal is so simple. One just needs his CNIC, Cell Number, and email address.
Just open the CM Complaint Cell Registration Link

Click the Register Button, the following page will open.

Enter the required information Name, CNIC without dashes, Cell Number, Email, Gender, Province, City District, 8 Characters alphanumeric password, and complete address.
Click the Blue Submit button, an OTP will be sent to your phone and email address. The portal will give you 3 minutes to enter the OTP, else try resending the OTP by clicking the Resend OPT blue button. Upon entering the correct OTP, click the Submit button.

Upon submit, the portal will show you a message about successful registration and will take you to the login page. On the login page enter the CNIC without dashes as the username and password you just set in the registration step. Calculate the number shown in CAPTCHA, then type the result in the text box and click the signup button.
The dashboard screen will be opened as follows.

Click on Register a New Complaint, the following screen will appear.

Here you have to select the department to which your complaint belongs to. The category of the complaint for each department is mentioned hereunder:
DC Office
For complaints to the deputy commissioner’s office, the following categories can be selected.
LGCD (Local Government & Community Development)
For complaints to the LGCD office, the following categories can be selected.
Police
For complaints regarding the police department, the following categories can be selected.
Primary and Secondary Health Care
For complaints regarding the Primary and Secondary Health Care department, the following categories can be selected.
Education (School Education)
For complaints regarding the School Education department, the following categories can be selected.
Specialized Health Care and Medical Education
For complaints regarding the Specialized Health Care and Medical Education department, the following categories can be selected.
Other Departments
For complaints regarding all the other departments, the following categories can be selected.
How to Input Your Complaint with CM Complaint Cell Portal
For each category, you have to select a subcategory from the drop-down list. Select your city district.
Type the details of the complaint. Attach any pictures or documents you want.
Note: The preferred way to attach multiple pages, is to make and attach a PDF document which can easily be created with the CamScanner mobile application.

The list of complaints displays the list of all complaints and their current status. You may open any complaint to read its status, remarks, and attachments if any.

Any timeline to redress a complaint has not been provided. I had filed acomplaint on 25 May but its status todate is fresh and it appears complaint is lying unattended .
